About Welding Machine
The SIASUN Dex2 350LDR welding machine is actually a fully digital IGBT inverter multi-functional ultra-low spatter gas shielded welding machine manufactured by Megmeet. SIASUN uses it as a complementary welding machine in its thin plate welding system.
This welding machine features advanced welding technology, reliable stability, and diverse functions. It is suitable for industries such as construction machinery, steel structures, special vehicles, automotive parts, two/three-wheeled vehicles, containers, and oil and petrochemicals.
Welding Accessories
Controller
- Welding controllers are key equipment for achieving automated welding. They are responsible for controlling the welding robot, welding power source, welding parameters, and motion trajectory, making the welding process more precise, efficient, and stable.
Teach Pendant
- The welding robot teach pendant is mainly used for setting welding parameters, welding paths, and remote monitoring and teaching. By using the teach pendant, workers can remotely monitor and teach from the welding site, avoiding accidents. The teach pendant also has multiple function buttons, including a servo start switch, emergency stop button, shortcut function keys, coordinate system selection buttons, and execution speed keys. Utilizing a human-machine interactive mode, it is simple to operate and easy to learn.
Welding Torch
- During the welding process, the part that performs the welding operation is shaped like a gun, with a nozzle at the front that sprays out a high-temperature flame as a heat source. It is flexible, convenient, quick, and the process is simple.

- This equipment is used for continuous and stable wire feeding. The system is controlled by a microcomputer and driven by a stepper motor, ensuring high wire feeding accuracy and good repeatability.
Process Introduction
The core welding technology of the Siasun Dex2 350LDR welding machine is “low spatter, high efficiency, and multi-material compatibility.”
Through three major processes—”DC ultra-low spatter, critical pulse, and high-speed welding”—it covers the welding needs of most metal materials, making it particularly suitable for scenarios with high requirements for weld formation, mass production, and cost control (reducing grinding/consumables) (such as construction machinery, automotive parts, and steel structures).
In practical applications, simply matching the corresponding process parameters and consumables based on “material type + plate thickness” achieves stable and reliable welding results.
